Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:
2 Cups Broccoli
1 Cup Celery
1 Cup Onion
1 Cup Potatoes
1 Green Chili
Salt
2 glasses of water
 
Preparation:
Chop all the vegetables

Direction:
  • Heat the pan, add oil, veggies, chilli, water and salt
  • Saute, simmer and close the pan
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes
  • Let the mixture cool and blend it to a creamy texture.
  • Add water if too thick.
  • Pour this into the pan and reheat

Serve hot

Serves 4 (restaurant size)
