2 Cups Broccoli
1 Cup Celery
1 Cup Onion
1 Cup Potatoes
1 Green Chili
Salt
2 glasses of water
Preparation:
Chop all the vegetables
Direction:
- Heat the pan, add oil, veggies, chilli, water and salt
- Saute, simmer and close the pan
- Cook for 5-7 minutes
- Let the mixture cool and blend it to a creamy texture.
- Add water if too thick.
- Pour this into the pan and reheat
Serve hot
Serves 4 (restaurant size)
